Baby Charlie

Kiley had a child development class at school first semester.  For one weekend she had to take care of a computerized baby.  He was programmed to cry at random times, day and night, and she had to figure out what was wrong and how to make it better. She will be a great mom some day (in the far, far distant future).

December was a musical month for Susanna.

 Her school choir, The Soaring Eagles, had a performance.

Guess Who Got Her License

On November 30 Kiley got her driver's license.  I cannot express how nice it is to have another driver in the family.  Happy day!

The Last Day

After one last morning spent at Disneyland, it was time to head home.

Thanksgiving Day

We spent Thanksgiving Day riding the roller coasters at Magic Mountain.

The little kids were good sports.  There wasn't as much for them there as there is at Disneyland.  The four oldest people had a blast on some thrilling rides.

We ate our Thanksgiving dinner that night at Maggiano's.  It was one of the yummiest Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had.  Not to mention the easiest.
